Art that doesn’t serve the machine — it serves the pulse of humanity
Adrielle “Bow” Belle is a New York–raised singer, songwriter, and creative director whose work merges lived experience with literary craft. Emerging from Spanish Harlem, she has shaped a body of music defined by narrative precision, atmospheric depth, and a fearless commitment to truth. Her songs do not simply express emotion; they construct worlds, interrogate silence, and transform survival into architecture.
Bow Belle first captured industry attention with the ISC‑winning Breaker Blues, the HMMA‑nominated Come Home Tonight, and her breakout single Runaway, which earned the UOSC Pop Category award. Her visual EP Nightlight expanded her artistic universe and received critical acclaim for its cinematic scope and autobiographical clarity.
Her voice, both literal and artistic, was shaped by a childhood marked by instability, foster care, and the fight to survive as a homeless teen. She aged out of the system at eighteen and rebuilt her life in New York City, reclaiming agency through songwriting and transforming personal history into disciplined, intentional craft. The result is a catalog that feels intimate and mythic at the same time, emotional testimony shaped with the rigor of narrative design.
Bow Belle writes for people who have learned to navigate the world by listening closely: to danger, to memory, to the quiet shifts in a room. Her work blends alt‑R&B, alt‑pop, folk, and political Americana into compositions that are vulnerable, architecturally precise, and grounded in lived experience. These songs function as fight songs for survivors, meditations for those still climbing, and reminders that beauty can emerge from the coldest ground.
“I’m a Valentine’s baby,” she says. “Every song I write is a gift, wrapped with a bow, edged with spikes, and meant for anyone who has ever needed more love than the world gave them.”
Bow Belle is not simply making music. She is building a long‑form artistic canon that refuses silence, honors resilience, and turns lived experience into something powerful enough to move a room.

TEACHING ARTIST
Belle vehemently strives to use her art as
a platform to empower others through music. When not on stage or in the studio, Adrielle Belle acts as a teaching artist for children and young adults (piano, voice, acting, dance). She co-founded SSASY! in 2011 alongside Broadway Vocal Coach, Christopher Stephens. Their youth musical theater intensive was listed in Time Out NY Kids as one of the best performing arts classes in Manhattan, and she continues to offer private voice lessons and musical theater workshops throughout the year.
Additionally Adrielle founded MusicVideoMoguls, a Manhattan‑based dance company specializing in street hip hop, commercial choreography, and on‑camera performance training for young artists. As a professional videographer and editor, she brings her own creative experience into the classroom, helping the next generation of performers build confidence, artistry, and industry‑ready skills.
Her commitment to arts education is deeply personal. As someone who grew up navigating the foster care system, she understands how transformative it can be for young people to feel seen, supported, and creatively empowered. Her mission is to ensure that every student — regardless of background — has the chance to develop their voice and express themselves fully.
Her philosophy is simple: everyone deserves to be heard. Or, in her own words: “Sing out, and dance like no one’s watching.”
